The connection with nature starts on the drive to the hillside finding our way alongside the coastline in the pleasant microclimate Spain offers. In the summer heat you can unwind, reconnect with nature and yourself in no time. You feel your mind and body relax just knowing you will soon arrive at your very private sanctuary retreat, only one hour’s drive from central Malaga or a short flight from Sweden, leaving the uncertain and struggling times behind you.

I'll meet you with open arms at the airport, welcoming you to my home as my private guest. This is not just any retreat, but a unique opportunity to live together with an experienced yoga and meditation teacher & practitioner, hopefully getting plenty inspired and guided to truly reconnect with yourself and deepen your own practice.

Our 100sqm house and 75sqm terrace overlooking the ocean provides more than enough space to enjoy your solitude by finding your very own favorite spot and to be in togetherness when it feels right for you.

Through yoga, meditation and the latest research in behavioral and neurological science I will help you to explore yourself on a deeper level. Prepare yourself for a transformational weekend for the mind, body and soul where we practice together, enjoy delicious and nourishing food and indulge ourselves in the presence of being.

You'll be able to enjoy plenty of free time to sit down by the ocean, hike the mountains, listen to the birds shipping or enjoy the sun to your skin. Moments to connect deeper with yourself and the nature, open up your heart and mind to tap in to the feeling of living an effortless life.

The purpose of the intensity in the schedule is to give you an experience of a dedicated yogic lifestyle. Immersing into the yoga bubble will enhance learning and embodiment of the techniques as well as philosophical concepts. You will have plenty of free time to absorb the knowledge, discuss it with other students and do some self-care on your own as well.

Your private teacher

Jenny Wallgren is an E-RYT 500+ experienced yoga, meditation and spiritual teacher who has dedicated her life to the pursuit of awakening consciousness. She has 17 years of self practice and thousands of teaching hours worldwide. 

After ten years working in investment banking she left her job and moved to an Indian ashram in search of greater meaning and purpose. She lived with her Gurus while studying and practicing the science of yoga, and meditating with monks in complete silence for weeks at a time. Since then, she has shared her love for Yoga across the globe, promoting sustainable mental and emotional health through a fusion of Yoga and the latest behavioral and neurological science research.

Jenny has fully embraced a life of personal and spiritual growth through yoga and meditation. She is especially passionate about the subtle emotional and mental aspects of yoga and how one in practical physical terms can navigate the nervous system to gain mental and physical health. For her yoga is a means for self knowledge where the practices are the methods we use to understand ourselves, others and our world better. She teaches you how to connect the true wisdom of yoga into a happier, more peaceful and loving everyday life, today.


Weekend Retreat (Thursday - Sunday) maximum 2 guests per retreat

This is for you who wants to have a luxurious retreat with full focus on YOU and your travel companion.

1. If you pay in full when booking you receive a complementary 90 min Private Yoga & Coaching session with Jenny for a value of 1950 SEK (during the retreat itself) to boost your own practice and knowledge.

2. Reserve your spot on one or more retreats in the same booking, valid for retreats until Dec 31st 2021, and get 25% off of the second retreat, 30% off of the third and more. (Personally not possible to combine with other offers or with a friend, and only valid on weekend retreats Thursday - Sunday). 

Ex. you know in advance that you want to participate in 3 retreats over the coming year. First retreat is ex 5990kr, second is 4493kr (25% off), 4193kr (30% off), you pay all at once or you choose down payment with registration fee of 1500kr per retreat, so if three you pay 4500kr (1500*3) in registration fee up on booking or 14 676kr for all three (ie 4892kr per retreat). Remaining retreat fee will be invoices 30 days ahead of each retreat start. 

The offers are not possible to combine, but may be used more than once per person. 

The cost includes 

  • You’ll get a unique retreat setting with private double room, your own balcony entrance and bathroom with tub
  • Private yoga & meditation teacher where we will focus 100% on you and your needs
  • Delicious, nourishing and organic meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the whole retreat according to personal choice in food & nutrition you want to learn more of (Choose from: Ayurveda, Anti-inflammatory, Vegan, Vegetarian, Raw-food)
  • 5-8 hours of instructor-led, practical and theoretical yoga and meditation classes per day
  • All material you'll need for the classes is provided but if you prefer you may bring your own yoga mat
  • Lots of S P A C E and free time to enjoy your solitude, silence (Mouna), nature and togetherness with you travel partner and/or teacher
  • Transfer from & to the airport (taxi is normally €100 one way)
  • All inclusive retreat with housing, food, private teacher and two nature excursions (optional)

The cost does not include

  • Travel costs (flights, visas, insurance, travel certificate required (PCR test))

You secure your booking by paying the reservation fee 1 500 kr (included in the total price). The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation from the participant’s side. The remaining fee will be invoiced and shall be payed 30 days before the retreat starts. If you pay up front no invoice is sent and you are all set.

All you need to know

YAY!  You are only one conscious step away to book and the preparations for an unforgettable retreat can begin. Below you will find valuable information ahead of your arrival, how to get here and practical things you may want to bring to get the most out of your exploration in our Spanish paradise. We long to get to know you better and to share the experience of this retreat together.

How to get here
Flight to Malaga airport with SAS, the retreat includes transfer so we will pick you up and take care of you from there on! 

SAS takes you to Malaga and we offer you transfer from the airport to minimize the exposure if preferred. Flight costs is excluded from the retreat price & the attendees will be responsible for all travel arrangements with PCR test, insurance etc. I am happy to help guide you through this if help is preferred. I found it very safe to travel (April 10th) and that the airport and SAS had found new functionality in their routines to offer a safe travel. 

PCR Travel Certificate SAS collaborate with dr24 and Vaccina for a discounted travel certificate required to enter Spain.

Arrival and departure The retreat startson Thursday at your arrival. We will plan the time for transfer pick up and retreat start according to your individual needs and desires. The retreat finisheson Sunday after our closing ceremony (around 4:00pm) or earlier if needed to manage connecting travel plans. 

My suggestion is that you take one week holiday & spend either the first days on your Private Retreat and the remaining days exploring Andalucía, or self explore a couple days before you arrive to your very own private sanctuary on the hillside overlooking the ocean. 

Good to bring casual, soft, comfortable clothes you are feeling light and well in. Meditation shawl, training clothes, notebook, a good book, water bottle, yogamat. We live in togetherness with nature where comfortable walking shoes are nice for hikes, beach clothes and flip flops/sandals are nice to cruise around in, yet knitted sweaters come well in handy in late evenings as the buildings in Spain aren't isolated. It is summer temperature so you may prefer to bring insect repellent, sunblock and lighter wearing. Face mask is mandatory outdoors and are a good reminder. When you are packing, think what am I truly comfortable in - bring that.
