The connection with nature starts on your way to the center where the roads become smaller and nature covers the horizon. You feel your mind and body relax just knowing you will soon arrive at our 18th century manor, only one hour’s drive from central Stockholm, leaving the buzzing city life behind you for now.

You arrive at a place where time appears to stand still and everything is even more magical than you could imagine. The land of love breathes calmness and serenity - a place far away from the stress of everyday life, surrounded by nature and fresh air.

The Equmind family welcomes you with open arms, here to make you feel at home. This is not just any retreat center, but a place to truly reconnect with yourself, with nature and an invitation to spend time in loving togetherness. A place where we can learn to better love each other, love ourselves and in every action and moment tap in to the feeling of loving connection. We see each other and we are seen by others.

It doesn’t matter who you have been until now, what experience you have, or where you come from, if you describe yourself as tight or open, strong or weak, old or young, this is the place for you and we ensure you will feel at home. This is a place where life evolves from the heart, a non-judgmental place filled with compassion and respect for each of our individual journeys and desires. Daily schedule

The purpose of the intensity in the schedule is to give you an experience of a dedicated yogic lifestyle. Immersing into the yoga bubble will enhance learning and embodiment of the techniques as well as philosophical concepts. You will have plenty of free time to absorb the knowledge, discuss it with other students and do some self-care on your own as well.

Main teacher

Jenny Wallgren is an E-RYT 500+ experienced yoga, meditation and spiritual teacher who has dedicated her life to the pursuit of awakening consciousness. She has 17 years of self practice and thousands of teaching hours worldwide. 

After ten years working in investment banking she left her job and moved to an Indian ashram in search of greater meaning and purpose. She lived with her Gurus while studying and practicing the science of yoga, and meditating with monks in complete silence for weeks at a time. Since then, she has shared her love for Yoga across the globe, promoting sustainable mental and emotional health through a fusion of Yoga and the latest behavioral and neurological science research.

Jenny has fully embraced a life of personal and spiritual growth through yoga and meditation. She is especially passionate about the subtle emotional and mental aspects of yoga and how one in practical physical terms can navigate the nervous system to gain mental and physical health. For her yoga is a means for self knowledge where the practices are the methods we use to understand ourselves and others/our world better. She teaches you how to connect the true wisdom of yoga into a happier, more peaceful and loving everyday life, today.

Weekend Retreat (Thursday - Sunday) 5990 SEK

Special offers valid for all retreats that starts before Dec 31st 2021

1. If you pay in full when booking you receive a complementary 90 min Private Yoga & Coaching session with Jenny Wallgren value of 1950 SEK (before, during or after the retreat itself) to boost your own practice and knowledge. We will together set a time and date, possible to do live or online. 

2. Early Bird, booking within 90 days before your retreat starts offers you 1000 SEK off the price.

3. Reserve your spot on one or more retreats until Dec 31st 2021 and get 25% off of the second retreat, 30% off of the third and more. (Personally not possible to combine with other offers or with a friend, and only valid on weekend retreats Thursday - Sunday). 

Ex. you know with advance that you want to participate in 3 retreats over the coming year. First retreat is 5990kr, second is 4493kr (25% off), 4193kr (30% off), you pay all at once or you choose down payment with registration fee of 1500kr per retreat, so if three you pay 4500kr (1500*3) in registration fee up on booking or 14676kr for all three (ie 4892kr per retreat). 

The offers are not possible to combine, but may be used more than once per person.

You secure your booking by paying the reservation fee 1 500 kr (included in the total price). The fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation from the participant’s side. The remaining fee will be invoiced and shall be payed 30 days before the retreat starts. If you pay up front no invoice is sent and you are all set.

All you need to know

YAY!  You are only one conscious step away to book and the preparations for an unforgettable retreat can begin. Below you will find valuable information ahead of your arrival, how to get here and practical things you may want to bring to get the most out of your exploration in the land of love. We long to get to know you better and to share the experience of this retreat together.

How to get here
By car (we are happy to try to connect you with other retreaters to share the ride with): ÖSTRA FLYGELN, STJÄRNHOVS SÄTERI, 646 51 Stjärnhov (GPS coordinates: 59.074509593955895, 17.022362148216583)

By public transport
Bus stop Stjärnhov is only 5 min walk from the manor and easiest is to plan your public transport with SL and Sörmlandstrafiken
Example if you travel from Stockholm City you may take the commuter trains to Gnesta and bus 589 from Gnesta to Stjärnhov. 

Arrival and departure The course startson Thursday at 11:00am. It is possible to arrive at the center from 9am CET and we prefer you to get acquainted with the center and checked in before 10:45am. The retreat finisheson Sunday after our closing ceremony (around 4:00pm).

Good to bring casual, soft, comfortable clothes you are feeling light and well in. Meditation shawl, training clothes, notebook, a good book, water bottle, yogamat. We live in togetherness with nature where boots, knitted sweaters, undergarment and similar come well in handy. For winter you will need warm clothing to be able to be outdoors for a couple hours a day. Swimsuit (sauna or for cold baths in the lake), rainwear, flashlight are good reminders. For summers you may prefer to bring insect repellent, sunblock and lighter wearing. When you are packing, think what am I truly comfortable in - bring that.
